Emily was super helpful and made sure that I was a satisfied customer. She even delivered the truck 200 miles and trusted me enough to hold my check for a couple of days afterwards. Great buying experience, Jeff went out of his way to make us happy and comfortable with our purchase of our new to us truck, we could have not asked for any better service, the only thing that breaks my heart is I did not notice the broken grill on this beautiful truck until after the deal was done so that just raised the price from $53,000.00 to $54,000.00 the cost of a new grill and that hurts but other than that what a great place to do business
This dealer lied to me about condition of truck on line. I made the mistake of thinking a small town dealership would have integrity. Boy was I wrong!! These crooks sold a truck with oil and coolant leaks. I'm sure they moved the truck before I arrived to conceal the oil on the lot. Understanding it was a used truck I was willing to work with them after finding the issues not disclosed at the time of sale. Salesman Nick, and manager Tony are nice guys. My hubby recently bought a truck up there. Nick went out of his way to show us the truck, took us out for a nice drive, and showed us the features. Very nice guy, we really like him.
The only room for improvement, is this: We do live about 450 miles from this dealership. My husband showed them an invoice from a local dealer in our area, for $1000 less. Excellent! Greeted on the lot as I was driving through. Nik approached us in a friendly manner, and asked thoughtful questions - He suggested a few vehicles, and we drove a few. The day after, we took one home overnight, and purchased it the next day. Nik was never pushy, and we were so impressed with him we have told many people about our experience.
I visited this dealership looking for good pre-owned truck. When I met Vance he approached me with a fun and laid back demeanor. After having spent time with him looking over the inventory we settled in on a 2006 Dodge Ram 4x4 Diesel. I felt I was I was treated very well and would absolutley recommend everyone I know to Vance and Snowy Mountain Motors. In fact,I was taken back to the service department and introduced to the parts and service manager as well. Long story short I higly recommend Snowy Mountain Motors.
Worst Experience we have ever had buying a used vehicle. The finance manager was very rude and too busy with his "own customer" to take care of us when we arrived. The weather was terrible and they knew we would be there by 3pm and they weren't even ready for us and the truck wasn't ready either.
